"Eco-Friendly Crafts"

4-Week Course • 2:30pm - 3:30pm/Wednesdays

Room 3 Arts Education Space

(Adults & Teens)

Create unique collages, scrapbook designs, decorative facemasks, wearable art and home decor using everyday objects, recyclable materials, personal items and basic art supplies.


Students will accomplish the following goals:

  1. Discover new, exciting ways to re-purpose and reuse every day items to create works of art.

  2. Learn to apply different artistic skills and techniques.

  3. Appreciate each other's individual talents.

  4. Gain a greater understanding of artistic terms and vocabulary.

  5. Have fun expressing your creativity.


* Your instructor will email you a list of supplies you will need before the first class. (13 years and older)

About the guest artist instructor:


Jacqueline Brantley

Jacqueline's past creative career experiences include freelance artist and instructor of floral arrangements and gift baskets. She's designed for the Neptune Township "Mayor's Ball" and has donated one of her original pieces to the 2017 Ladacin Network  fundraiser. She has volunteered as a craft instructor for the Neptune Township Children’s Library, Neptune Township Recreation, and Ladacin Network Facilities.


Jacqueline's work has been featured at the Jersey Shore Arts Center's "2017 Multi-Media Art Exhibition." Her jewelry line has also been sold at the American Craft Museum Gift Shop in New York, NY. She continues to exhibit locally and statewide.
