The Library space for the Old Neptune High School, this space is the largest studio in the building. This space features 5 sections of work and administrative space. The potential resident for this space will enjoy the kitchenette area, central air, track lighting, ceiling fans, alarm system, 2 exterior entrances, built-in shelving, storage areas, and walk-in closets. This space is a great space for art instructors, music schools and or artist co-ops who want to expand their programming .
