About the Course
Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. We are not sharing props presently. Please bring a bolster if you have it. If you do not have yoga props, there are easy substitutions: 2 beach towels, a blanket & a firm pillow.
Lisa Brodrick Triolo, founder of Ohana Rising Yoga School is a champion for wellness, education and health. Her 16 plus years as a professional public school teacher, 17 years in yoga, 10 years as a private vegan chef and four years as the founder and CEO of her Yoga School show her strength, dedication and fortitude. She believes in everyone’s sovereign ability to learn, grow, and self empower in their own creative way. She lives to help break down old constructs and false belief systems that tend to hold individuals in boxes of fear.
