Join Chronicle Dance Theatre for An Evening with Bernstein, a vibrant celebration of the music and genius of Leonard Bernstein. This dynamic program brings together selections from West Side Story, On the Town, and Peter Pan, along with Bernstein’s exhilarating jazz compositions.
The evening culminates in a new ballet adaptation of Hansel & Gretel set to his powerful and deeply moving Chichester Psalms. Performed by Chronicle Dance Theatre’s professional dancers with live musicians and singers, An Evening with Bernstein captures the brilliance, humor, and heart of one of America’s most beloved composers.
